Acupuncture Sound Bath
✨ Sound Bath Meditation + Acupuncture ✨
A Restorative Evening in Partnership with 4Elements & The Conduit Sound
Join us for a deeply calming, immersive evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect.
In collaboration with Dr. Kainkaryam, this experience blends two complementary practices—live sound meditation and gentle acupuncture—to support relaxation on both the nervous system and energetic levels.
The evening begins with a live sound bath meditation led by Owen from The Conduit Sound. You’ll be immersed in a carefully layered soundscape of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments designed to quiet mental activity, soften tension in the body, and guide the mind into a more restful, meditative state. The intention of the sound is simple: to create space for deep rest and inward awareness.
Within this supported state of relaxation, Dr. Kainkaryam will offer gentle auricular (ear) acupuncture and select facial acupuncture points. These are placed with care to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and a greater sense of energetic balance and calm.
Together, these modalities create a layered experience—sound working through the mind and nervous system, and acupuncture supporting the body’s natural flow and capacity to settle.
This is not a performance. It is an invitation to rest, receive, and allow the body and mind to soften.
What to Expect:
✨ Live immersive sound meditation led by Owen from The Conduit
✨ Gentle ear acupuncture points to support relaxation and nervous system balance
✨ Select facial acupuncture points for deeper calm and restoration
✨ An intimate, community-centered setting with time to connect before and after the session
✨ A restorative environment to fully rest, reset, and recharge
✨ No prior meditation experience needed
Additional Details:
• Zero gravity chairs will be available for those who prefer them
• The space includes stairs and is intentionally intimate
• This is the first collaboration of this kind, and the experience will continue to evolve based on participant feedback
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or comfortable cushion
• Blanket and pillow for comfort
• Warm layers or socks
Cost: $35 per person

Come experience the intersection of sound, stillness, and acupuncture—and leave feeling more grounded, rested, and restored.
Sound Meditation Concert (HOB)
Enjoy a Spring Sound Meditation Concert with us in Mystic, Connecticut.
Sunday June 7th | 7 - 8:30pm | $35
Experience an immersive live sound journey inside the beautiful space at Threaded Elements in Mystic, CT.
Set within a light-filled studio overlooking the Mystic River, the space itself becomes part of the experience—an expansive wall of windows opens to shifting water, passing birds, and quiet natural movement that mirrors the rhythm of the sound.
This is not a guided meditation in the traditional sense—it is a listening experience led by live gongs, singing bowls, and layered acoustic instrumentation designed to shift attention inward through sound alone.
As the tones move through the room, the nervous system naturally begins to settle. The combination of sound and natural landscape creates a rare environment where attention can soften without effort, and rest becomes more accessible.
No experience with meditation is needed—just the willingness to slow down and listen.
Many people come for stress relief, better sleep, mental clarity, or simply to experience something different than their usual pace of life. Others arrive out of curiosity and are surprised by how deeply they’re able to drop in without technique or instruction.
This is a space for recalibration—of attention, breath, and awareness.
Please bring whatever will support your comfort: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you settle in. Eye coverings and water are also recommended.

The Conduit is a collective, or ‘band’ of musicians, working together to share wellness, and self-empowerment. We’ve developed techniques of vibration, sound, and guided thought-forms to channel listeners to a relaxed state of deep introspection. Our use of specialized ‘sound-meditation’ invites listeners to a space of calm and clarity, to gain understanding of self, and access gateways or paths of self-exploration for improvement.
Since 2007, our team originators have been exploring sound as a therapeutic medium. Exploring the qualities of the sounds of these instruments, in their effects on the mental, emotional and physical bodies. Our work has led to some truly incredible experiences.
Our mission is to facilitate deep meditative healing states of mind and provide education on the benefits of sound in meditation. We are passionate about raising the vibration of humanity by being a conduit for the sound to uplift the spirit and calm the mind of others. It is with great gratitude we are able to provide a safe space in which others may experience increased awareness, wellness, healing and peaceful states of mind through the sound journey experience.

An Evening to Reset & Begin Anew
The days just after the New Year offer a rare pause—a moment to reset before the year fully asks for your attention. Join The Conduit and yoga teacher Amy Thompson, E-RYT 500 for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you begin 2026 feeling rested, grounded, and clear.
Rather than rushing into resolutions, this experience invites you to start the year from a regulated nervous system and a settled mind. Through guided meditation, immersive sound healing, and gentle aromatic support, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest—creating space for clarity, intention, and renewal to naturally arise.
You’ll be surrounded by the resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and harmonic instruments, while professionally blended essential oils subtly support relaxation. Many participants describe the experience as timeless, spacious, and profoundly centering—an ideal way to mark the transition into a new year.
What You’ll Experience
A guided opening meditation to settle the body and mind
A full-length sound healing designed to support deep relaxation
Gentle aromatic support using high-quality essential oils
A closing meditation to help you reorient before returning to your evening
This is not a performance—it’s a restorative, inward journey where sound becomes the pathway to stillness.
Benefits of Sound Healing
Participants often report:
Deep physical and mental relaxation
Reduced stress and nervous system regulation
Improved sleep in the days following the event
A meditative state that feels easier to access than traditional seated meditation
A renewed sense of clarity, calm, and emotional balance
Sound therapy works by engaging both passive rest and subtle awareness. As your body relaxes and your breath slows, sound gently guides you toward a meditative state—similar to how a mantra supports traditional meditation practices.
Who This Is For
This experience is accessible to all, including:
First-time meditators
Yoga practitioners and non-practitioners
Anyone feeling stressed, overstimulated, or emotionally fatigued
Those seeking deep rest without physical exertion
No yoga poses are practiced. Participants rest comfortably in seated meditation and savasana for the duration of the sound healing.
What to Bring
To support your comfort, we recommend bringing:
A yoga mat
A blanket and/or pillow
Cozy layers or warm socks
Creating physical comfort allows the body to relax more fully and receive the benefits of the sound experience.
Pricing
$35 when registered in advance
