You’ll be guided into stillness through breath, intention, and the immersive sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other overtone-rich instruments. The mat flooring at AKC supports comfort and grounding, allowing your body to fully relax as your awareness settles into the deeper layers of sound.
Whether you're a first-time guest or returning to deepen your practice, this session offers a supportive space to reset your nervous system, slow the pace, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both accessible and restorative.
