A Grounded Practice for Relaxation, Clarity, and Presence

At The Conduit Sound, our sound bath experiences are immersive, guided sessions that use vibration, tone, and intention to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.

These sessions are designed for real life—not just meditation practice.

Whether you’re new to sound meditation or returning to it, this is a space to step away from overstimulation, quiet the mind, and experience what it feels like to fully let go.

For stress, overstimulation, and the need to pause

Most people don’t come to “do meditation correctly.”

They come because life feels full, fast, or overwhelming—and they need space to breathe again.

Rooted in Experience… Since 2008

We’ve been practicing and evolving our approach to sound-based meditation since 2008, including operating a dedicated studio from 2010–2020. Over the years, our work has developed into a refined, consistent offering delivered throughout communities across Connecticut.

Our sessions—often described as transformational immersive meditation concerts—are the result of years of exploration, honing, and continued commitment to the craft.

I’ve attended several Conduit Sound Meditations, and each one has been a uniquely beautiful experience. Every sound bath feels different, thoughtfully crafted, and deeply immersive. The care they put into setting up each venue really enhances the journey — from the atmosphere to the soundscape, everything feels intentional. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I can’t wait to return for my next session!

There are few experiences locally that could match what the folks at Conduit Center provide. Not only do they love what they do, they are genuinely interested in helping others find peace through their music and find joy in offering the services they do. We are so fortunate to have them in our back yard. If you have never been to one of their gong concerts, you are missing out on one of the most unique experiences offered. Give them a try!
