Perfoming our Sound Meditation Concerts - Fourth Saturdays of the Month

Located in a stunning repurposed mill at 122 Naubuc Avenue, The Yoga Shop Glastonbury offers a spacious and serene setting for our sound meditations. With refinished hardwood floors, abundant props, and a limited number of zero-gravity chairs available by reservation, it's designed for ultimate comfort. This is our only regularly scheduled Saturday evening session, starting at 6:00 PM—perfect for a restorative weekend experience. Easily accessible via I-91 (Putnam Bridge) and I-84 (Route 2), and just minutes from Glastonbury Center, it's an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
